Chic Lavender Sports Bra

It’s ready unfortunate for me to give this review because I absolutely adore the lavender sports bra, I love it so much that I want to buy the matcha green and baby blue one as well to add to my daily activewear collection. The design and quality is fantastic. Unfortunately, where I have to knock down a few stars is the service which in my opinion is terrible. I purchased the bra online because I couldn’t find my size at Inspire Ladies club (I really wish I did, because if I was buying it in person I would’ve had better experience with service). Once I bought the item there was no SMS sending my a confirmation of my order nor even an message sending me my order number which is the absolute basic. At the time I didn’t provide my email because it was NOT MANDATORY (it did NOT say required) so I just used my UAE phone number, and checked the SMS option. I assumed I would get either a SMS or WhatsApp message telling me my order was confirmed and this is your order number. I received absolutely nothing. Luckily I had screenshot the page after my purchase and kept it as proof of purchase for myself because I’m always cautious with these things. Thank goodness I did this, otherwise I would’ve had no proof of purchase. I kept waiting and waiting and waiting and there was no update on my order so I sent a message on Instagram and luckily I had the screenshot so I sent it over and the reassured me my order was going to be shipped, but I explained my concerns at the lack of communication multiple times, and each time I was completely gaslit by whoever was managing the pushed social media account saying that I should trust that the team was going to ship my order. Well, I usually buy everything online and always get a confirmation message saying that the order was placed, this is standard procedure. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to ask for a confirmation email with the info about my order, what I selected which size and the order number. But instead of receiving an apology I got met with a lot of excuses and was blamed for not putting my email address when it was NOT mandatory. Anyways this makes me really sad and upset because I want to the other colors of the same bra but I completely lost trust in the service. I’m hoping that Inspire will bring stock of the colors I want so I can buy them in person
